Angie Minerich-Gardner
Angie Minerich-Gardner grew up in Breezy Point, MN, and then moved to Duluth, MN where she enrolled in the University of Minnesota’s beautiful Duluth Campus.
Angie received her MN Real Estate Sales License in 2003. She fell in love with helping sellers get top dollar, as well as assisting buyers in finding a wonderful home at a great value. Angie builds relationships with her clients that have blossomed into friends for life!
Angie moved to Big Lake, MN in 2005, and married Chris Gardner who grew up in the area. Together, Angie and Chris built their dream home that they still enjoy to this day!
In 2020, they ventured into parenthood, with the adoption of their son, Jonathan James Gardner. As a family they enjoy camping with their travel trailer, spending time with family and friends, and appreciating all the amazing amenities the Big Lake area has to offer!
Angie supports her community through her partnership with the LIVIN Foundation!
Jennifer Baysinger
Jennifer Baysinger grew up in Maple Lake, MN and then entered the Army Reserves. While in the reserves, Jen enrolled in the Minnesota School of Business and earned her degree, while also meeting her husband, Jese Baysinger. After college, Jese joined the US Air Force, and the two began a family, welcoming their daughter Abby, followed by their son Brody.
Jese’s career in the military provided the opportunity for the Baysinger family to travel around the United States for 24 years. As Jese served his country, Jen served homeowners as she built her career in business as a Store Manager and District Sales Manager for Lowe’s Home Improvement Stores for more than 15 years.
Jen’s husband retired from the Air Force, and their family decided to return to Minnesota to settle down in Big Lake. They now enjoy free time camping with their travel trailer, going for long hikes in the woods with their fur babies, and spending time with family and friends.
Jen is very active in her community and finds this a rewarding part of her career and her personal mission. Her partnerships and involvement include:
Shirlee Heitz
Shirlee has lived and sold Real Estate in the Big Lake, MN area for almost 40 years!
In 1970, Shirlee married her husband, Chuck Heitz, a school teacher from the Big Lake School District. Soon after getting married they began their family, and now have two daughters, Angie and Missy. Big Lake is such a huge part of the entire Heitz family, that Angie and Missy live in the Big Lake area with their families as well.
While Chuck enjoys his retirement playing golf, together Shirlee and Chuck enjoy traveling and sleepovers with their grandchildren, and spending quality time with family and friends.
